The Discipleship Training School is a life transforming half year. It is an intensive time of drawing close to God, learning who He is, His Nature and Character and how to integrate that into your daily life and to impact the world around you with it. It is also a time of cross-cultural experience, living with students from all over the world and with the chance of going to an overseas location for your outreach.

For the DTS , the five primary areas of study are:

• God's nature and character

• God's intention for individuals, peoples and creation

• God's redemption: sin and the cross

• God's family: His children and His church

• God's world: His call and His commission doing the works of Jesus

The 3 months classroom phase in Port Vila is followed by a 3 months evangelistic outreach where you will apply what you have learned.
The DTS is a 6 month school and has to be taken as a whole. Both lecture phase and outreach are required.

The DTS is the entry level course to any school with YWAM and the UofN. Also, everyone who wants to be involved as a full time staff in any YWAM ministry anywhere in the world has to take a DTS first.
Our DTS is 6 months long, has the sky as the limits and wants you to come and be part of this big adventure.
